Our story

China Income is a F&B management company that specializes in helping business people from all over the globe to participate in the Chinese economy.  Our main focus is helping our customers to become franchise owners in the Chinese food and beverage industry.  We offer a comprehensive end-to-end service that begins with company set-up and continues with day-to-day operations and management of our customer’s business.

Since 2003, our roots stem from contract restaurant management for foreign corporate investors.  As the food-service industry in China grew, we began to notice a niche call for service to smaller individual investors who would like to participate in this growing sector of the Chinese economy.  As a result, a couple of years ago, a dedicated team was spun off from our parent entity to avoid any potential conflict of interest.  Since the needs of smaller investors are much different from big corporations, we have reorganized our business model to specifically cater to the smaller individual foreign investors.  Instead of a more institutionalized, compartmentalized, and protocol-based process, our dedicated team has developed a much more personalized and comprehensive approach in working with smaller investors.

Equipped with years of management experience, we have specifically developed a working model that is person-centric.  This means that all of our services are built around the small investor; services that are geared to fulfill only the specific needs of smaller investors.

From setting up a native Chinese company to the eventual remote surveillance of daily operations, all of our processes are designed and implemented to help our customers realize the maximum possible gain from their investments while retaining absolute control over their investments.

Our services is strictly based on helping our customers become food and beverage franchise owners in China.  We confine our business model to only franchise operations because franchise ownership provides a more rigid structure with predefined parameters.  With these benefits, we feel franchise ownership helps our customers to focus on the business while making it easier to turn a profit. We do not engage in managing independent single-shop brands.
